Designed to give you maximum exposure to our international technology functions, you’ll complete four challenging six-month rotations - one based in one of our global locations.
You’ll have the opportunity to make an impact from day one, in roles such as Product Manager, Business Analyst, Scrum Manager, and Strategist, and join our structured development programme, with classroom training built into each rotation.
Our aim is to provide you with the experience you need to kick start your career with us, and equip you with the technical expertise and leadership skills you need to succeed.
You’ll have the support of your Manager during each rotation, your local HR Director, and you’ll be assigned a Buddy and a Mentor to guide you through the two year Scheme. Our Graduates past and present, will also be on hand to share their experiences and knowledge.
On successful completion of our Scheme, you’ll be ready to make an informed decision on your future based on everything you’ve learnt about our business and about yourself.
You’ll be required to build relationships with key stakeholders and plan and manage your deliverables, whether it’s project work or business as usual. Rotations will typically include responsibilities such as:
Analysing and interpreting market information to help design future products
Identifying potential opportunities for innovation, thinking specifically about what we can learn from our markets and competitors
Understanding the customer journey methodology process in a dealership and how our products fit into this process
Conducting reviews of existing products to help ensure that they meet market needs
Working with Sprint teams on the development activities required to deliver products to our end users
Assisting testers with the testing of specific developments to ensure they deliver the expected results
Managing projects with our customers and internal teams on piloting new working practices and methodologies
