Marketing the IT Graduate Careers Fair
The marketing for the event starts with a focus on 30 key
universities, via careers services, student unions, specific departments and special interest groups and has then been developed with various SEO, SEM, social networking and more traditional marketing
Exhibitors have then been invited to shaping the rest of the
marketing and having included departments and societies key to their recruitment.
On top of this is a broader campaign including campaigns through
various graduate job boards.
The quality of the attraction piece is then managed through thefiltering and matching system for the event.
This campaign is designed:
To attract quality student registrations which can then be
matched against exhibitors vacancies to deliver the most relevant candidates to the exhibitors.
To maintain a diverse candidate pool, giving recruiters a greater reach, whilst maintaining the quality of attendance using the matching system
To position employer brands directly on campus and associated
with graduate careers in IT and technology.
